West 2nd District Recycled Water Company

Located in downtown Reno, the $1.5B West 2nd District includes an innovative recycled water system – Nevada’s first – to meet the project’s net-zero water goal.
Puttman Infrastructure was selected by the City of Reno and West 2nd District Development Partners to support development of the West 2nd District in Reno, Nevada. Puttman will be responsible for financing, developing and operating the district infrastructure systems serving the project.
Phase 1 of the development began in 2017.
